We are launching in Mexico first. Availability expands city by city — create an account to see jobs and properties in your area.
How do payments work?
When a host accepts an offer, payment is held securely. After the cleaner finishes and the host confirms, funds are released to the cleaner. This protects both sides.
How do I book a cleaner as a host?
Sign up as a host, add your property, post a job with the date and details, review offers from cleaners, then accept the one you prefer and complete payment.
How do I find work as a cleaner?
Sign up as a cleaner, complete onboarding and verification, browse open jobs near you, and submit offers. When a host accepts, you complete the job and get paid.
Are cleaners verified?
Yes. Cleaners go through an onboarding and document verification process before they can take jobs, so hosts can book with more confidence.
What if something goes wrong with a job?
Use in-app messaging for the job when possible, and contact Cleenr Home support if you need help resolving an issue with scheduling, quality, or payment.
Is there a fee?
Cleenr Home charges a platform fee as part of the job payment flow. Pricing is shown clearly before you confirm — no surprise charges.
